A happy life, a peaceful soul, a life of freedom and liberty is what every one of us wants and always aspires to have.
But do each of us really understand what the nature of freedom is or are we just forever searching for freedom in vain, forever immersed in the cycle of work and life pressure? Join us to find out now!
What is freedom?
Freedom is a term quite familiar to each of us, it is used frequently in everyday life. However, have you ever really sat down to seriously and deeply reflect on freedom and its value?
Most of us only understand “freedom” in a macro concept. It is associated with the destiny of a country and people. When a war between countries occurs, people shout about the word “freedom”, people yearn for and desire freedom.
But in times of peace when we have that freedom, are you sure that you are truly “free”? And this is when we have to look for the more microscopic concept of the word “FREEDOM”.
Freedom now is when we have the most complete independence. And to have that complete independence, we must cut off as much dependence on others as possible.
But this does not mean living separately from the world and everyone around you. It’s that we are always in a proactive position, taking control of our own lives from being proactive about finances, proactively coordinating our emotions and proactively doing everything.
Why is it necessary to have freedom in life?
Have you ever wanted to explore new lands and go to many places? But in the end there are too many barriers holding you back and what’s left is only regret about what has passed. It is that regret that has reduced our so-called happiness to some extent.
This world is extremely vast, limiting and confining yourself to one framework will make it difficult for you to develop. And in this era of integration, we can completely overcome that constraint by stepping outside our limits.
Now you are free to do what you like, discover new things or go to any land in the world that you have wanted for a long time.
Open your heart and explore this vast, vast world. First of all, to improve our own understanding, secondly, to live our lives to the fullest. So that one day when you look back, you will feel proud of what you have gone through, making your life more beautiful and colorful.
Why is the feeling of freedom often elusive?
Each of us has our own unique version of freedom and no two are the same. Therefore, each person’s concept of “freedom” will be completely different.
Freedom for some people is sailing around the world, discovering new lands. Or for others, living in a hut in the woods. And freedom can also be the right to vote, get married, be alone,…
When I ask people when they feel free, they often respond to me with answers that depend on something beyond their control.
But true freedom begins with your thoughts, freeing yourself from your inner critic, or limiting beliefs that tell you what you are and are not capable of.
We may not be born with the same privileges, access to education, money or rights. But we all have the same amount of time in a day to pursue and realize our dreams and make them come true.
Although we cannot control external circumstances, we can completely control our inner thoughts.
How to become a freedom person?
Be proactive about finances
One of the aspects that need to be mentioned when discussing freedom in life is being financially proactive. And being financially proactive is also the first basis for us to be able to proactively live.
No matter how we discuss it, we cannot deny the role of money in modern life. When there is no financial independence, it will lead to a lot of dependence and barriers that hold us back from moving towards a happy life and towards success.
Determine your goals
Freedom is actually a rather vague concept, but the path for you to conquer that freedom must not be vague. You yourself should have the clearest view of the “free” life you want to lead. And of course each person’s visualization of that life will be different.
We must create and build our own future. One must be the one who controls the future, but cannot be controlled by the future.
Right now, start with small goals for big ambitions. And answer your own life questions. It’s simply a matter of where do you want to go to achieve the proactive life you want? What must you start doing to achieve that goal? And what resources do you need to mobilize to start doing those things?
Take time for yourself
If you can spend eight hours a day on your job, then you can absolutely spend one hour a day on yourself to live the way you want.
If you can spend one hour every day building the life you want, you will experience huge changes. And the cool thing is, once you start, it gets easier and easier and you won’t want to stop.
No matter how busy your work is, take time for yourself and love yourself . During that time, you are free to do all the things you like.
It’s as simple as listening to music, enjoying a delicious cup of tea, reading an interesting book or going shopping with your friends.
Conclusion
Dear friends, freedom is not only the journey of liberating yourself and finding out who you really are, but also the ability to live, work, and explore the world in your own way.
Then you realize that life only truly begins when you step out of your comfort zone and seek freedom in your own way.
